Man Do I Have a Headache

So this weekend was fairly chill I really didn’t accomplish much. Which is well very nice. I finally decided that 3 years with the same glasses is just way to long. So I went to find an eye doctor that takes care of my insurance. I found one that is open on weekends and the earliest I could get an appointment was the 17th. So hopefully I will get some new glasses that are not broken and that fit my face and so that I will “Look Better” according to my mom. I should probably go acquire a haircut since I haven’t had one since about September or October. So probably about time to get the hair chopped down.

Saturday I made the Pipo Pad official and will be Moving the weekend of March 3rd.  So that is pretty exciting had to sign all the paperwork for that. That was a good time always seems difficult to sign over all that money. But hey what can you do.

Sunday was Superbowl Sunday. I could have really care less about the game so I went to chill with the parents since my original plans the guys decided to go skiing and snowboarding.  So I figured I better go pick up some snack foods. So I went to the Central Market. Now this place is like the craziest grocery store ever. They are like the Organic Nut People market mixed with traditional market. With Sushi Bars and on site demo chef all the time. But they have this sandwich that is just amazing. The last time I told a girl that I was in love with her was when I was drunk and she bought me this sandwich. The Turkey Cranberry I refer to it often as heaven between bread. If I could acquire it’s recipe I would make buckets of the stuff and horde it away and setup a perimeter around the people pad to fend off all the vandals that I am sure would be trying to raid the fridge to get the heaven for the bread. Maybe that is a little over dramatic about how good this sandwich is. But man if you are ever up here. Stop by Central Market in Poulsbo, WA and get this sandwich. If you do not like it well I would think you need to have your brain and tongue examined. Or you are allergic to the little dairy in the sandwich.

So anyways I was in central market and I grabbed some milk and then some wheat thins and I went to go check out super bowl central.  This girl walks up behind me and says “I checked to see and they are all out of stuffed mushrooms” now wondering what in the world I turn around and was like “Thanks good to know, I guess I will need to make my own now.” So then she asked “How do you do that?” well seeing that well wasn’t the out of the conversation I needed and not being a person that enjoys mushrooms except in the #7 at Aroy Dy.

Okay while I was typing this. I spilled a can of Diet Coke all over my lap. It’s cold and unpleasant. I must say though I am glad it was diet. I won’t have to deal with the sticky problems of regular coke and sugar. But still it looks like I pissed my pants and well with a headache I am not exactly peachy.

Where was I? Okay yeah random girl asking me about stuffed mushrooms. So I then admitted that I am not a fan of mushrooms and she said Oh. So I needed some chips to create nachos and I walked off. She headed me off at the aisle and I smiled and she said have fun watching the game. I said to you as well. I hope your team wins.

Now after I had left the store I got to thinking that was truly bizarre situation so I tried to recall if I know this girl. The only thing that comes to mind is that she works at the bank that a friend of mine uses. But I don’t know anything about her other then her name is cute bank girl. But her name is escaping me at the moment. But if I recall she mentioned to my friend that she had a Boyfriend. So I don’t think her goal was romantic of any kind but who knows. I either really screwed up or maybe got a ball rolling. Who knows only time and the blog readers will tell.

I must say this Monday hasn’t really had a great start. All I have left is blueberry oatmeal. Curses!

Talk to everyone soon. =)

  5. That is a rather random comment. You could have replied with something like: “So what are you going to make me for a snack then?” and dialed up the flirt a bit… 😛

  7. Umm yeah Tristan you needed to chat with the girl in the store, not just walk away. Geez… 😛

Oh and I think mushrooms are great. Had some deep fried ones last night I think. Sorry lots of booze & fried foods at the table.

So that Turkey Sandwich… Makes me think of the Pilgrim sandwich at ToGo’s/Dunkin Deli. But who knows. I make a leftover sandwich for Thanksgiving that’s made with turkey, cranberry, stuffing, etc. It’s fun.

Oh & blueberry oatmeal?! Umm don’t buy the variety pack with that crap in there dude! 😀
