A 6ft tall rabbit that just wants some cereal. Some fruity sugar coated goodness. Who wouldn’t want that for breakfast. But this rabbit has just been getting the short end of the stick ever since I can remember. “Trix are for kids” well I have never seen that on a law book anywhere. It’s cereal. Milk, Flour, Sugar and Food Coloring.
I remember as a kid the rabbit went into a grocery store purchased the cereal with his own money and then when he was walking out a group of little kids mugged the rabbit for his cereal. The rabbit then just sat there looking all depressed. How cold hearted is that? I am surprised after all this time the rabbit hasn’t beaten the shit out all these little kids that have screwed him over the years. He is just trying to have breakfast.
I was pondering if the Trix rabbit has ever had the damn cereal. If he has never had it then why the hell does he want it so bad? I wonder if he has ever tried Raisin Bran or perhaps that one really crappy adult cereal. The little chunky one. I forget what it’s called but I have never found either to be enjoyable. I am sure he is probably afraid to try Frosted Flakes. That Great Tiger would probably eat him. I am not sure if hasenfeffer would be any good. But I don’t think a Tiger would complain. He would probably say it’s Gr-Gr-Great!
You think with all the advertising he has done over the years Mr. Trix Rabbit could bribe some adult to go buy some cereal and give it to him in a back alley. We all know those damn costumes he comes up with by putting his ears in a hat and a mustache never got him anywhere. Mugged at Crayola point and left hungry.
According to Wikipedia the Trix rabbit had two spoonful’s of Trix in 1969. Then there was also a write in contest in 1991 where he got to have some as well. A search on YouTube was unavailable to find the commercial to back up Wikipedia.
But I say we need to stomp out the oppression of the Trix Rabbit. Let him have all the Trix Cereal that he desires.

Hmm I wonder if the rabbit has stayed thin because he’s not eating the sugar & corn syrup laden crap cereal… Think it over, perhaps kids today are fat because they kept just mugging the rabbit for more of that awful cereal rather than chasing him and eating carrot with him… 😛
Kind of like the Lucky Charms guy, you’d think he’d just stop chasing that damned rainbow and move to San Francisco already.
Or how about that Tucan Sam…
No but anyway, at least the Quaker Oats guy is still loyal to his religion & nutritious foods, right?

My parents live in Battle Creek, MI, they dont give tours anymore…LOL. The building they built to simulate the tours went out of business…bankrupt. Maybe if Tristan blogged this earlier he could have saved it…LOL!
